Simple Give-A-Ways For A Happy Anniversary To My Blog

Welcome new readers!!!

Today is my blogversary!

I cannot believe I have been blogging for one whole year!  Seriously…keeping up with a blog sounded good in theory but I really didn’t know how well it would work out.  I tend to have grand plans and then forget about them at some point.  I cannot tell you how many half-full journals I have lying around.  But this was different.  I kept writing.  Then I found other blogs and they found me and I made friends and it was a while different experience then what I set out for.  When I started this blog, I thought to myself “This would be a really cool way of tracking my progress”, never did I think “I’ll start a blog that people will read, and then I will make plans to meet those people” but that is exactly how it happened and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

In honor of one whole year of blogging, I have not one…but two(!!!) give-a-ways.  That’s right…two! 🙂

OneLittleTriGirl’s Blogversary Give-A-Ways! 🙂

tyr – googles – the best
luna moons – best gummies to eat while doing a long race

  9. I loved your 200th post! Most of my music is old and I can’t get it on my pm3 player all of a sudden…so I’m going with my 6 favorite songs to workout to because I don’t have them available to me (unless I lug my computer along).

-The Devil Went Down to Georgia by The Charlie Daniels Band
-Man! I Fell Like a Woman! By Shania Twain
-Before He Cheats by Carrie Underwood
-Trapped in a Box by No Doubt
-Love in an Elevator by Aerosmith
-You Shook Me All Night Long by AC/DC

  10. 6 Must have items for training:

  11. 6 Must have items for training:

1.Body Glide- Usually only in the summer time do I have to have this stuff, unless I’m on the dreadmill with shorts on or now spinning class with shorts on …
2.Garmin 405 – Once I got all the way to the beginning of the trail head without Greta and drove the 5 miles back home to get her.
3.My Nike run cap — I love this thing. The smell will tell you so. It keeps rain off my face and sun out of my eyes and it fits like a freaking glove. Also my hair stopped falling down into my face, imagine that!
4.Wrist rockers (what the redhead calls them) — those little fuzzy bands on my wrist. They are amazing sweat soppers year round but I discovered a duel use: They tightly hold my car key to the inside of my wrist when I’m not wearing clothing with a pocket!
5.Ipod shuffle (“Snack”) and those stupid expensive earbuds my dad got me for xmas: If I’m running solo and it’s not raining, I love me some music and this little guy is perfect. I’m still figuring out the earbuds. I’m sure I’ll love them to death one day.
6.Nike Tempo Shorts — They now fit me like magic and I love all the colors. Actually, I should put “nike ANYTHING” as #6 because frankly I don’t own much else. Ok, so maybe a little Brooks and Asics thrown in there, but really it’s mostly Nike. What a freak, right?

  12. 8 Favorite sports movies:

1.Brian’s Song- Have to keep this on here. It’s absolutely hands down one of my faves. A whole tissue box worth. 🙂

3.Rudy! ruuuudy ruuuudy. can’t beat the underdog story. plus it’s true!

5.Million Dollar Baby- again- must keep this one!!!!! you go girrrrl.
    6.Hoosiers- another bball great!!!!!!!!!!
    7. harvard beats yale 29-29. it’s the story of a comeback tie-game. and tommy lee jone’s was on the team at the time!
