Apologies for the late post- I am home sick day 2 (I cannot even remember the last time I stayed home sick more than one day) and I am so behind on my reader (over 200 posts!!!).ย The good news is, I woke up feeling a bit better after 13 hours of sleep ๐

Every Monday, at the end of the current weeks M.B.E answer, I will post a question for the following week. This way you can cue your post for Monday if you wish. If Monday doesnโt work for you, you can still play along any day of the week that works best. If you want to play along, all you have to do is post the question and your answer on your own blog. Link your post to my blog so that I know you have participated, and in the following weeks post, I will link all the participant blogs from the prior week.
This Weeks Topic:ย 2010 Bests and Worsts
This Weeks Question: Tell readers about your 2010 Best and Worst races. What made them so great or not so great?
Best Race: NJ State Sprint Tri- I was calm, cool and collected going into the race and it was everything I could have asked for.ย I had a major PR, felt great and it was the start of a lot of great summer races!
Worst Race: Black Bear Relay- I was the swimmer.ย It was freezing water, raining, and I had a disaster swim.
For more details, you can read the full reports, here and here.
I will elaborate more on all my races in my upcoming Year In Review Post. ๐

Man, next week looks difficult. I’ll probably just Haiku or something. ๐
Feel better!!!
I would love to run a race with you in 2011!! We’ll have to coordinate. ๐
I’m officially signed up for one race and tentatively planning another so far.
Sorry you are still sick ๐ฆ Mine is belated too because I’ve once again lost motivation to blog and totally flaked on last week’s question ๐ฆ Here is my answer for this one: http://kitzzyfit.blogspot.com/2010/12/belated-mbe-2010-bests-and-worsts.html
Excuses excuses. Read your google reader already.
Ooh a poem. I have to get on board for that one. Put my rap skills to the test.
LOL at Jill’s comment.
Worst: Boston. Haha.
Best: Midnight Flight 1-mile.
Please write a rap. And then YouTube it!!!
I don’t sing well. Didn’t you watch my Honeymilkalicious video? Yeahhhhh. Mine is pretty awesome though. That could be my own mind-inflation making it seem that way….. probably the case. Let’s be real most blog-readers just skim anyway haha.
For once I cannot wait for a Monday! I can’t guarantee an original video but I’ll try…
Just got my cards out from the exchange! I am just keeping my head above water. Hope to get back to the MBE next year.
i hope you didn’t do fancy cards … ’cause i sure didn’t.
Jill! I hope you are feeling better. Take care of yourself, those 216 hours a week won’t work themselves!
It’s a shame that all the Hershey chocolate therapy didn’t boost your immunity.
And get back to BlackBear and kick its butt this year! I loved that lake, you deserve a good experience there.
Finally, I PROMISE to do the next MBE!
